The benefits offered by the Fraternal Order of Police are available to all FOP members
and their immediate family members.   The Fraternal Order of Police has arranged and
obtained these benefits for their members with the assistance of MetroplexInsurance.com.
I am your full-service Independent Agent.  The following benefits are available to all FOP

 Accident Coverage 24 Hour, 1st day coverage ON/OFF the job which includes disability
coverage due to an accident ON/OFF the job.

 Health/Life/Auto/Homeowners Insurance Coverage for Individuals and their Families.

 Cancer Policy pays a lump sum of cash upon diagnosis of cancer.  You can have the
policy 20 years.  If you never are diagnosed, all premiums will be refunded.

 Critical Illness/Heart Attack/Stroke Insurance.

 Hospital Indemnity Plans pay over and above other insurance benefits.  "Fill the Gaps"
on your current health converage.

 ACHO Card benefit plan with "Tela Doc", Emergency Rescue, Ask a Nurse, Prescription
Savings, $5,000 Accident Medical Benefit, $10,000 Accidental Death and Dismemberment,
Travel Assistance Plan.
